Beyond the Fear of Conflict

Beyond the Fear of Conflict is a book on conflict transformation for people who have never read one, written out of years of peace work in Iraq. It uses elicitive conflict mapping, a way of reading a conflict from the inside, with the people in it, rather than fitting it into a template brought from outside. I am still writing it.

• Built on elicitive conflict mapping, Wolfgang Dietrich’s method, which I studied at Innsbruck and use in my own work.
