What I offer
- Training design. Curricula and materials for training in dialogue, conflict analysis, project development, and monitoring and evaluation, in Arabic or English.
- Workshop facilitation. Dialogue, co-creation and planning workshops with communities, local organizations and public institutions.
- Coaching. For activists, teams and young organizations planning and running their own initiatives.
- ECM-based conflict analysis. Elicitive conflict mapping with organizations that want to understand a conflict before they act on it.
- Report writing. Workshop, training and final reports for facilitation and training assignments, written so that someone who was not in the room can follow them.

Institutional capacity building for the Iraqi High Commission for Human Rights and the Soft Power Committee (ONSA)
Four training workshops and support to the delivery and implementation of eight dealing-with-the-past initiatives, November 2025 to August 2026.
Institutional capacity assessment of the Iraqi High Commission for Human Rights, Baghdad office
Beyond the assessment itself: the design of a tailored capacity-building plan, three partner-led dealing-with-the-past initiatives, and input to the program’s lessons-learned compendium, August to October 2025.
Outcome Harvesting workshops for PAX's Sudan partners
Two three-day workshops (March 2023 and October 2024) for 40 participants from two projects, each followed by an Outcome Harvesting plan built from the partners’ inputs.
Organizational capacity development of the Mosul District Working Group
Three months of support to the working group, October to December 2024.
Feminist Outcome Harvesting training and plan for the Al-Thawra Untha project
Four days of training for 11 Iraqi NGO workers in May 2023, plus the project’s Outcome Harvesting plan and formats.
National report on the right to health in Iraq
Research and writing of the national report, begun in May 2022 and published in Arabic and English in July 2023.
Strategic and organizational development plan for a newly formed NGO in Sudan focused on enforced disappearance
A five-day workshop in May 2022 to help the new organization formulate the plan.
Co-creation of transitional justice and dealing-with-the-past projects with five Iraqi NGOs
